The grand opening of Soulard ART Market and Contemporary Art Gallery was a huge success. The Soulard Art Market is located at 12th and Russell in the heart of Soulard. On Thursday, October 18, 2007 a lot of shoppers were purchasing darling hand blown pumpkins by Shawn Lipe as well as the quirky art of Cindy Royal. The Queen of Soulard graced the gallery on Friday night and awarded Steve Campbell the FIRST PLACE award.
